We are pleased to announce that Aquis Exchange PLC, the next-generation financial markets company, has appointed MHP Group to support its corporate and financial communications programme.
Working closely with Aquis Exchange’s CEO, Alasdair Haynes, and the senior leadership team, we will be providing strategic counsel across all aspects of its communications, including corporate positioning, financial communications, stakeholder engagement and reputation management.
We will support all four Aquis Exchange divisions, including: Technologies, Markets, Data and the Stock Exchange.
The work will be spearheaded by our Corporate Advisory & Capital Markets (CA&CM) team and the expansive scope reflects the team’s evolution from pure play investor relations, to a broader strategic advisory offer. The account will be led by CA&CM Director Eleni Menikou, and Head of Financial Services, Nick Woods, whose team will provide specialist counsel and support.
We have recently advised on a range of high-profile work including Keywords’ £2.1bn acquisition by EQT, Young’s acquisition of City Pub Group, and the acquisition of Tyman for £788m by Quanex. This year, the team has earned top five rankings from Bloomberg (Shareholder Activism), Chambers (Crisis & Risk) and Mergermarket (M&A and IPOs).
Alasdair Haynes, CEO of Aquis Exchange PLC, said: “Strategic communications are essential to supporting our ambitious growth plans and maintaining trust through transparency with our stakeholders. We are pleased to appoint MHP Group, whose extensive experience and insights will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and expand our services.”
Eleni Menikou, Director at MHP Group, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Aquis Exchange, a pioneering force, driving innovation in global markets. We look forward to supporting Alasdair and the team as they deliver the next phase of their ambitious growth strategy.”
