From navigating digital campaigns during lockdown to a vibrant campaign fronted by designer Zandra Rhodes, we have encouraged visitors to our retailers and restaurants since January 2020 through a series of 360 marketing initiatives and campaigns.
We have implemented two events per year (Christmas and Summer) and successfully managed sponsorships of London Fashion Week and London Craft Week.
We also built and now run the new Seven Dials website and manage the ongoing SEO, Google Ad and CRM database strategies and acquisitions. This is supported by an always-on Influencer and Advocacy Programme.
Our events see 40+ pieces of coverage secured and result in an average footfall increase of 15% with 8,000 tickets per event (increase of 60%.)
Our monthly average web users have seen an increase of 78%, while our social following has increased to 75,000 (up 25%). Our CRM database has witnessed an increase of 68% sign ups.
