Aditi Karnad is a seasoned health policy and government affairs specialist with over a decade of experience leading policy initiatives in non-communicable disease at both the European and Global levels.

She has significant expertise working with major pharmaceutical companies including AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk and Amgen, helping them to establish meaningful expert networks, navigate complex policy environments and drive political prioritisation of various conditions within respiratory, cardiovascular disease, oncology and rare disease.

Prior to joining MHP, Aditi worked at the Economist Intelligence Unit (Economist Impact), The European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) and The Health Policy Partnership, running large accounts with the life science sector, medical professional societies, and patient advocacy groups. Aditi holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Keele and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Imperial College London.
