
Kate is Head of Strategy at MHP Group and leads the team responsible for reputational and creative strategy across the agency. She also leads Reverb, MHP Group’s brand strategy offer.
With two decades experience in think tanks, government, international corporations and agencies, Kate brings a deep understanding of business, audience and reputational imperatives to her approach to strategy development. Bringing together insights from primary and secondary, quantitative and qualitative research, she shapes strategies designed to deliver across the range of client needs, from awareness-raising to trust-building, market development to market share shifting and myth busting to advocacy driving.
Kate has extensive experience in the energy and industrials, international development, health and finance sectors, as well as wide-ranging experience across corporate positioning for B2C organisations. She works across the breadth of MHP’s client base from Novo Nordisk to Spotify and Barclays to E.ON.
Alongside client work, Kate and her team are responsible for the MHP Group’s annual cultural trends study, in partnership with Savanta, and lead on IP on topics including trust and advocacy.
