We are delighted to announce the winners of the 30 To Watch: Journalism awards for 2025.

For 14 years MHP Group has celebrated some of the best young talent in the media. The event gets bigger each year. This year we received more than 320 entries from all corners of the UK.

A special thank you to our independent judging panel, chaired by John Ryley, Former Head of Sky News, who reviewed and deliberated over this year’s entries. The panel included Paul Morgan Bentley, Head of Investigations at The Times, Sinead McIntyre, Editor-in-Chief at Fabulous Magazine, Anne Alexander, Head of Politics at GMB, Lee Clayton, Global Publisher of Sport at the Daily Mail and Richard Frediani from BBC Breakfast.

We were particularly pleased to welcome back former 30 To Watch winners as judges including Channel 4 Senior Journalist Geraldine McKelvie and The FT UK Political News Editor Peter Campbell.
