As an earned first storyteller, she delivers high impact, integrated campaigns alongside robust press offices to communicate a brands’ values to a diverse range of stakeholders in a way that builds trust, increases awareness and drives advocacy.
Currently helping Spotify to demonstrate its European values through narrative refinement and creative campaigns; positioning Ocado Retail as a barometer of consumer buying habits, reaching vulnerable audiences with DMSL and working with Barclays to improve the financial health of the UK.
She also led the TalkTalk account for seven years, including the launch of the reputation enhancing Beat the Scammers campaign in the wake of the brand’s cyber-attack as well as leading the comms for the 100th anniversary celebrations of the RAF to future proof the organisation.
