Julian is a veteran of the technology PR industry with over 30 years’ experience.  He founded AxiCom in 1994 and grew it to become one of the leading global tech PR agencies.  After the successful acquisition of AxiCom, Julian co-founded TUVA Partners in 2018 that was then acquired by MHP Group in July 2024. 

Julian has led PR campaigns for some of the world’s largest tech companies including Microsoft, IBM, HP, Dell and VEON.  He has also nurtured start-ups that have bloomed into major companies such as VMware, Red Hat and Citrix.  He has extensive client experience across enterprise IT, AI, Quantum Computing, CleanTech and Telecoms sectors, while his expertise includes market positioning and how to translate that into brand momentum through media and influencers.

Julian holds a BSc in Chemistry from Durham University and has served on the board of E-skills, the UK Government’s sector skills council for the information technology industry.
