A policy communications specialist with 15 years’ experience of providing public affairs counsel ​

He is a former adviser to the Chair of the National Infrastructure Commission,  where he ran cross-government engagement and was political liaison with HMT and with the metro-mayors. Prior to NIC, Max worked as deputy director of the think tank ResPublica and Programmes Director at the think tank Demos.​

Max has led public affairs and campaign strategies on major industrial and infrastructure projects including Hitachi’s new nuclear programme and Anglo-American Platinum’s work on hydrogen fuel.
