Nick Hoile

Senior Director and COO of Health

Nick is a government affairs, public policy, and advocacy specialist with fifteen years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences sector. His work covers the UK market as well as the European region and Global strategic programmes. He is passionate about ensuring that healthcare systems are designed around the needs of patients and their families, and has a particular interest in improving access to innovative medicines. Many of his programmes are also focussed on environmental sustainability of healthcare interventions and industry ESG/CSR initiatives.

Nick started his career working for patient advocacy groups, and has since partnered with a wide range of clients across industry, professional societies, and patient organisations. His therapy area experience includes oncology, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases, ophthalmology, neurology, respiratory diseases, rare diseases, and animal health.

Beyond his role at MHP, Nick is a former Trustee of the British Society of Gastroenterology and current Board Member of the campaign group Dignity in Dying. He also runs a political campaign on end-of-life care on behalf of a group of UK politicians.
