As Head of People, Sonal is responsible for MHP Group’s talent strategy, culture and employee value proposition.

Sonal previously served as Head of People at Grayling, designing and delivering the firm’s people strategy in 23 markets, as HR Change Lead at BAE Systems and in specialist HR roles at Spire, GSK and University College London Hospitals Foundation Trust.
