MHP wins strategic communications mandate with Serco

FTSE 250, international government services provider appoints MHP for strategic communications counsel in a wide-ranging brief.

Serco Group (“Serco”), the FTSE 250 international provider of critical government services, has appointed MHP Group to support its strategic communications.

In a wide-ranging brief, we will provide integrated strategic counsel and support to the company’s leadership team, providing advice across a number of core corporate affairs pillars including financial and corporate communications, government affairs, reputation management and media relations.

We will work closely with Serco’s Board and executive team as it delivers on its purpose to impact a better future by leveraging its capabilities, expertise, and value proposition to deliver critical services for government customers at a time when its better, faster, and more efficient services have never been more relevant.

The account will be led by Katie Hunt, Managing Director in our Corporate Advisory & Capital Markets Practice, James Gurling, Executive Chairman of our Public Affairs Team and Lisa Hunter, Head of Strategic Communications.
