30 To Watch Journalism is open for entries

Now in their 12th year, the awards celebrate the most talented and influential young journalists in Britain.

We are excited to announce that the 30 To Watch Journalism awards are back for 2023.

Now in their 12th year, the awards celebrate the most talented and influential young journalists in Britain.

The awards are free to enter, and there are nine categories to choose from. They are:

  • City & Business
  • Culture, Entertainment & Lifestyle
  • Health
  • International Affairs
  • News & Investigations
  • Personal Finance & Consumer Affairs
  • Politics
  • Production (TV, Radio & Podcasts)
  • Science, Tech & Environment

Entrants must be 30 or under on the date of submission.

Last year attracted some 400 entries representing nearly 150 media outlets, and we expect the 2023 awards to be bigger than ever.

Entries close at midnight on Friday 31st March, and all of the winners will be invited for an evening of celebrations in London.
